This policy applies to the website, dashboard, app, browser extension, authorized integrations, support channels and related E81 features.

We respect Brazil LGPD, European GDPR, UK GDPR and United Kingdom data protection law when applicable to the user and use context.

Our operating principle is simple: collect the minimum needed, use data only for the expected purpose and protect access to the services.

To reduce the risk of installing a modified APK, extension or package, users should download apps and extensions only from the official channels below.

E81 Solutions does not publish or authorize APK, XAPK, CRX, XPI, ZIP or installer distribution through APKPure, APKMirror, Uptodown, forums, groups, ads, mirror pages or any third-party store not listed in this section.

If an app, extension or file uses the iDLOCK, E81, ClickLivre or Right Click + Keyboard Shortcuts name outside the official channels listed here, it may have been modified, is not covered by this policy as an official distribution and should not be installed.

Data we process

Depending on the feature used, we process only the data needed to operate the account and deliver the requested functionality.

  • Email, used as the main identifier for login, account, essential notifications and support.
  • Name and profile photo, when provided by Google or OAuth login, used only for visual account identification.
  • Technical identifiers, such as IP, user agent, login date and time, language, device and minimum security logs.
  • Data voluntarily entered by the user, such as service names, categories, preferences, teams, invites and settings.
  • TOTP secrets and authentication data stored in encrypted form when the user uses the iDLOCK vault.
  • Technical session tokens, passkeys, push notifications and preferences needed to keep the service secure.
  • Payment data, when there is a paid plan, processed by external providers. E81 Solutions does not store full card numbers.
We do not request personal documents, precise location or browsing history for our own advertising.

How we use data

  • Authenticate users and protect accounts through Google OAuth, passkeys, secure sessions or equivalent methods.
  • Operate the 2FA vault, dashboard, app, extension, teams, permissions, support and integrations requested by the user.
  • Encrypt, sync, restore and organize authentication data according to user actions.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, spam, unauthorized access and use incompatible with service terms.
  • Send essential communications, such as account confirmation, security alerts, access recovery and operational notices.
  • Comply with legal, tax, contractual and security obligations when applicable.
We do not use personal data for our own or third-party behavioral advertising.

2FA, passkeys, apps and extensions

E81 is designed to reduce dependence on local passwords and increase security with Google OAuth, passkeys, TOTP, session controls and encryption.

In browser extensions, we follow Manifest V3 and limit permissions to the declared functionality. We do not use permissions to collect data for advertising purposes.

In apps published through official stores, we follow platform security, privacy, data declaration and review requirements.

  • TOTP keys are protected with encryption before storage.
  • Communications use HTTPS.
  • Sessions, CSRF, rate limits and security logs help reduce abuse.
  • Permissions such as camera, notifications, clipboard or storage are used only when needed for a user-triggered feature.

Third parties and platforms

Some features depend on external platforms for operational, security, distribution, support, payment or user-requested integration purposes.

  • Google OAuth and passkeys, for authentication and basic account identification.
  • Google Play, Chrome Web Store, browsers and official stores, for app and extension distribution, review and security.
  • Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or official APIs, when an integration is authorized or requested by the user.
  • Hosting, CDN, database, email and infrastructure providers, for availability, security and performance.
  • Payment and anti-fraud providers, when there is a paid plan.
  • Public authorities, when there is a valid legal obligation.
We do not share personal data with third parties for sale or behavioral advertising.

Cookies and consent

We may use cookies and similar technologies for sessions, authentication, security, language or theme preferences and abuse prevention.

  • Necessary: session, login, security, CSRF, language and basic functionality.
  • Preferences: theme, layout, language and interface choices.
  • Analytics: aggregated usage measurement, when enabled and permitted.
  • Marketing: only when clearly disclosed and permitted by the user.
  • Sale or sharing of data: kept denied by default because we do not sell personal data.
The user can accept, reject or configure consent by purpose in the cookie preferences panel.

User rights

Under LGPD, European GDPR and UK GDPR, you may request, when applicable:

  • Access to personal data processed.
  • Correction of incorrect or outdated data.
  • Account and data deletion, subject to legal or contractual retention obligations.
  • Portability, when technically applicable to the product.
  • Withdrawal of consent and objection to optional processing.
  • Information about purpose, data categories and third parties involved.

Retention and deletion

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to operate the account, fulfill the contract, resolve support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

When an account is deleted, we remove or anonymize associated data unless retention is required for legal obligation, fraud prevention, audit, dispute or protection of rights.
